3. Eat right
Eat well, eat regularly. This is key. Start your day with a breakfast. Even if it is a granola bar or a yogurt, it gives you needed nutrients and jump starts your metabolism. Lunch time, eat again—you need to refuel to get you through your day. Dinner should be a regular time, balanced, and not enjoyed to the point where you can’t move afterward. Your body needs a regular schedule in order for you to be at your best. Eating junk, eating too much, or snacking all day are just bad habits which lead to poor health and mental exhaustion. Your brain needs fuel just as much as the rest of your body. To be at your best you have keep fueling your body with what it needs, and it doesn’t need chocolate. Irregular eating has been proven to play havoc on blood sugar levels, which besides making us tired and at risk of diabetes, effects our mental processes. Studies have also shown irregular eating can cause mood swings and depression.
