Penny Streeter is an English entrepreneur and managing director the A24 Group, specializing in the recruitment and staffing of nurses and health professionals. The A24 Group is comprised of Arabella Health Staffing and the NS Health Staffing. Streeter originally founded her recruitment business in 1989, only to see the business collapse. Six years later, undeterred she tried again and this time she was successful. What was first a part-time endeavor soon grew into one of the largest temporary employment services in the health services industry. Starting in the United Kingdom and soon expanding to South Africa, the A24 Group both recruits health professionals and helps to fill demand where those professionals are needed. A24 brings in over £5.5million a year in profit, and does so without any help from outside investors. A24 was wholly built by the ingenuity and persistence of Penny Streeter.
