Baby is only going to use that new contraption for a short period of time. New parents get trapped into believing they need to purchase the newest gadgets for the baby in order to be good parents. That simply is not true. Do your research on whatever you are purchasing, there are quite a few products that are not needed at all. Bottle warmers are not needed for anyone feeding formula, while teething rings range from $4.00 each at most big box stores and babies would just as soon use their hands to teeth. Wipes can be warmed slightly in the microwave,so a $30.00 wipe warmer is not a necessity. The fancy matching bedding sets look nice and sweet but are not practical at all. The only thing babies use in their cribs is a fitted sheet anything else increases the risk of SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome).
